Law

I've decided to involve an evil organization (almost akatsuki-like) in my OC world. It is called Shikkokan. To conceal their identities they've taken names that are essentially different forms of enforcement. These people, though evil, are not rogue warriors. They commit crime with a organized plan, which will ultimately lead to them taking over the world. This is Shikkokan's leader, Law. He is a very powerful warrior who can absorb another warrior's abilities rendering them helpless. It is rumored that Law is more powerful than the devil himself, with good reason, for the devil was one of the people who lost their powers by Law's hand. The devil was not killed though, just reduced to an ordinary human trapped in the underworld. So with the Devils powers Law can summon shadow demons, conjure and control fire, banish people to the underworld, manipulate the tendrils on his back, and transform into a colossal fire demon. The sword he carries can produce large amounts of dark energy (thanks to the Quarium Crystal in its hilt). Law is as powerful as he is because he has lived for 400 years. It was not exactly recently that he overtook the Devil and gained near-absolute power. However, to truly take over something, one has to first make the impression that there is peace to begin with. So that is why he went into hiding and started up the underground organization Shikkokan to take out powerful warriors that may be able to stand in Law's way of world domination. Recently they've been getting more and more active, constantly targeting Niro, as he is one of their most powerful opponents.
