Notice the subtle differences between the way he is now and the way he was before

-he doesn't wear his machete all the time
-leather wristbands
-long pants (same color as his shorts were)

Also notice the slightly violet eyes, Atsuo at this point has had Kobiru eyes transplanted to be able to use the shisshingan
